英検 Eiken
Orca and elementary school students will sit the Eiken tests in January 2022. At AIS, improving students’ English proficiency is an important educational goal.
5才児児童と初等部全員は2022年1月に英検を受けます。AISでは、児童生徒の英語力を向上させることが重要な教育目標です。
We encourage current AIS families to also use the test results as a reference for your child’s personal learning at home. Also, for any families considering joining AIS, please use these results as a reference of the entry level English requirement.
ご家庭においても今後の個人的・家庭的学習の参考にしてください。また、AISに入学を検討されている生徒さんや保護者の皆さんには「AIS入学」の参考資料にしてください。
At AIS, the goal of English education is to pass Eiken Level 2 by Grade 3 and Eiken Level Pre-1 by Grade 6. After graduating from AIS, if you want to keep up in English-only classes at a junior high school in Japan or abroad, Eiken Level Pre-1 is essential.
AISではグレード３までに「英検２級」、グレード６までに「英検準１級」に合格することを英語教育の目標にしています。AIS卒業後、内外の中学に進学する場合、完全英語授業について行く為に最低「英検準１級」レベルが必要だからです。
