Applications Now Open for 2026!
★ We are currently accepting applications for both the current academic year and for 2026.
★ We are now accepting applications for the new school year starting in April 2026, as well as for mid-year admissions. Applications for new Grade 1 students starting in April 2026 will open on September 22.
★ Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will remain open until all places are filled.

In 2026, AIS will proudly celebrate its 20th anniversary—a meaningful milestone in our school’s history. As we look ahead to the next chapter of AIS, we are implementing a long-term, strategic improvement plan designed to further enhance our facilities and strengthen the learning environment for all students.
Beginning in the 2026 school year (April 2026), this plan will guide a series of thoughtful updates and enhancements across the school campus.
These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, clean, and engaging educational environment that supports student well-being and academic growth. Each update has been carefully planned with the daily experiences of our students in mind.
As AIS continues to grow and evolve, these enhancements will help ensure that our school remains a forward-thinking, high-quality international learning community—one that supports students, staff, and families both now and into the future.

Tuition Payment Information
Tuition may be paid on an annual basis or a term basis (calculated by number of months in term). Both annual basis and term basis payments are electronically withdrawn from your financial institution. A 3,300 yen charge is incurred for termly installment payments.

★ Aichi International School is now certified as an unlicensed childcare facility that meets the standards set by the national and Nagoya city governments, so it is eligible to take advantage of the “free early childhood education and childcare” program.
